DeLonghi CTH2003 Pro-Metal 2-Slice Toaster
I bought this for work and when it pops up, the bread/bagel is not toasted. I have to try a 2nd time to toast it and finally it works. Waste of money. I’m replacing it with another toaster.

This Delonghi toaster appears to be well made however it does not toast slices of bread the same on both side, one side will be well done, the other side of the slice hardly toasted. I contacted Delonghi and they essentially said return it to where you bought it. I would not recommend this toaster to anyone and hadDeLonghi CTH2003 Pro-Metal 2-Slice Toaster disappointment with Delonghi customer service . Our toaster will be replaced by a non Delanghi appliance.

Beatiful to look at, function of toaster quite disappointing. Stopped toasting both sides of bread within 2 weeks, but have still been using it, due to a job loss and need to cut expenses. Have requested to exchange item and am awaiting reply.

This replaced a Krups toaster that found it difficult to toast anything evenly. After dealing with this ridiculous toaster I wish I’d kept the Krups. Not only does this not toast anything evenly- it doesn’t toast anything consistently! Further, the high profile and high heat it generates started melting the upper cabinet melamine surface so it has to be moved out from under the cabinet before toasting!

My husband bought this toaster refurbished. I was apprehensive about this. However, the product came in mint condition. So we now have a perfect, expensive toaster, but paid a quarter of the original price. The toaster is a great one – probably would have bought it at full price, too. The defrost works great. Love all the settings. You can’t go wrong with this product.
